In addition to regularly meeting with key governmental and industry representatives to represent resellers in the Green IT , NASBA representatives participate on the board or other key Committees of EPEAT and EnergyStar, with more to come.
Please participate in our monthly surveys to better enable us to accurately represent your concerns and issues as we meet with various Green IT organizations that can affect your future. For example, let us have your input on the EPA Energy Star 5.0 standards that go into effect July 1, 2010.
Check the NASBA Advocacy Updates blog for regular update on our advocacy efforts.

Dear NASBA and channel members,
NASBA is proud to launch this exciting and hopefully productive website dedicated to the channel’s ability and capacity to better compete in the IT industry, specifically with regards to Green IT. As you know, this is a very important topic, and growing more so everyday. If you’re not participating actively in being more green, implementing more green, and selling more green solutions, your business will be difficult to maintain over the long run.
Through talking to many of you, as well as various industry sources, we’ve created this Green Resource Center to help you find the resources needed, whether starting new, or already established. Now, we need more of your feedback to make it even better and more useful. Please use the comments section below to let us know what you need, what you think in general about the category, or to ask questions.
In the future, this space will be providing updates on regulations, key industry players and partners, trends on the market, and results from the regular surveys we’ll be conducting.
Thank you for your time and interest!
