How much do I get paid?
You will earn up to $5.00 each time one of your end-users purchases a one-year subscription to the Update Service for the McAfeeŽ VirusScanŽ software or other McAfee products and services, including McAfee Privacy Service and McAfee SpamKiller. You will be paid $3.00 per activation for the first 100 activations each month, and $5.00 for each additional activation after the first 100 activations generated each month.

When will I receive my bounty check?
NASBA will send Bounty checks one month after the close of each quarter in which the bounties are earned and paid by McAfee. NASBA reserves the right to delay the issuance of small bounty checks of less than $100 until the following quarter.

How long does the free trial of the update service last?
The trial period is subject to change by McAfee, but will last a minimum of 30-days. The trial starts when the end-user signs up for the update service.

Can I join the McAfee SecurityCenter Pre-Load Program if I do not build or sell PCs?

How do I load the software on my systems?
Upon registration and acceptance into the program, you will receive complete instructions on how to pre-load the McAfee SecurityCenter. The installation process is very simple and easy to follow.

Do I earn revenue on McAfee products other than VirusScan?
Yes, your customers will be able to access and purchase McAfee SpamKiller, McAfee Privacy Service, and McAfee Personal Firewall Plus. These other products are easily accessible in the McAfee SecurityCenter located in the system tray. You will receive the same "bounty" of up to $5 for each purchase of these products.

Who provides technical support for the McAfee products?
McAfee handles all end-user technical support. McAfee has also made a number of other technical support resources available to program participants. Click here to see a list of resources.
